How long do you cook potatoes in the oven for baked potatoes?
I'm making potato skins and I have to bake the potatoes first. About an hour for normal size potatoes?

I check them after a half an hour to see if the fork goes through and comes out easy.

Since it is for potato skins you can just microwave them.
