How long do you have to cook defrosted chicken before it goes bad?

How long do you have to cook defrosted chicken before it goes bad?
I took out chicken breasts yesterday around noone to make last night for dinner but they were still frozen. Think they will still be good tonight for dinner? I always get nervous with chicken.

Depends on how long they were bought/refrigerated before you froze them. If you bought chicken on the "Sell by" date and froze it immediately, it wouldn't last as long as chicken you bought a week before the sell by date.

if its still frozen , how would you cook it anyways, Id let it continue to deforst & then cook it immed,
