I'm pretty anal about leftovers. If I don't eat them the next day, I throw it out.

a friend of mine keeps all leftovers for up to 1 week, I am somewhere between you and her.

For some reason I can not keep chinese food. It gets thrown out the same day.
Only chinese food.
