How long do you spend stretching after a run?
I'm really bad about stretching out afterwards. 5 minutes tops and I'm done.

I agree. I tend to stretch more after longer runs. Sometimes I'm really bad and don't stretch before either!

I foam roll and stretch for 10-15 minutes.
I had hip surgery this year though so I am very tight.

None...just a good warm up and cool down (easy and slow).

I usually don't but after reading this, I did today. Not long, just stretched my back, hamstrings, calves, quads.
I don't stretch before but I do walk the dogs first for about 30 minutes to warm up a little.
