How long do you steam your veggies?
So that they are not raw, but not over cooked?

Depends on the veggie, the cut and how much 'snap' you like. I like them to retain a lot of bite - so I only do it for about 1-2 minutes for most veggies. Carrots go for maybe 30 seconds to a minute longer.

Depends on the vegetable, but I go by the color test. When it is a vivid color, I take it off immediatly and rinse to cool down.
