How long do you wait until you put DC down if no burp?

How long do you wait until you put DC down if no burp?
I try to do it for about 15 minutes or so and if no burp, I put DD in the crib. Is that long enough? If it's during the day I just put her in the Papasan, but at night or early morning I'm tired and can't imagine sitting there burping for more than 15 minutes. How long do you wait?

Our crib mattresses are angled (reccommended my DR for the reflux) so I usually feel comfortable putting them down after trying for a few minutes. The angle usually helps them get the burp out even when lying down.

Same for me about 10 to 15 minutes. I try to put her back down while food coma kicks in and she's asleep. She will spit up sometimes though so I put a sheet on top of the sheet where her face is and just remove it if she spits up on it.
