How long does a shirt have to be to look "right" over leggings?
The shirt that came with DD's leggings seems short to be worn with it. Maybe b/c I never wear leggings, but it looks weird. Like there's too much chubbiness showing It comes to a little below her waists.

I thought the leggings look is supposed to be a big billowy kind of shirt covering the tush.
I'm not sure though - I don't consider myself stylish. Unless frumpy is a style.

I think it's different when they're babies vs. older kids/adults. I think babies can get away with a slightly shorter top.

Since she is a toddler I think mid-thigh to knee is good. I would not make it shorter so we you can see her bottom. She is stil young but not an infant.
