How long does defrosted meat last?
I took a frozen round roast out of the freezer on Saturday night and put it in the fridge to thaw. By Sunday it wasn't, by Monday it was but I'm just getting around to using it now. Is it OK? Can you tell I'm not domestic?

Does the color of the meat still look ok?
I would check on the color & smell & if everyhitng seems ok, I would cook it today but no later than today.
