Re: How long does it take to get rid of this pouch after giving birth?
hmm my stomach is not flat anymore. I don't think it ever will be. I am 6 monthps PP, and thin, I am back to my Pre preg weight but my belly is a little pudgy that is obvious bc the rest of me is skinny. Oh well!!

I was left with a very annoying muffin top after my csection. It def is here to stay, maybe if I drop some weight it will get better but I doubt it. Oh well.

I still have it 14 months PP but to be honest, I have always had a little pot belly. I do feel like when i have PMS the bloating shows way more now than it used to though. almost like i look a few months preggo!

Re: How long does it take to get rid of this pouch after giving birth?
My son is 5 months. And although my stomach is not as rock hard as it once was in my twenties...it's flat. I am now starting to see my muscles again...although not as defined. I need to start working out soon...

My son is almost 11 months and I still have a little pouch.... it feels like dead flab to me, like it will never get tight again, I'm back to my pre pregnancy weight and that pouch still wants to hang out--lol
I am with you but my DS is 15 months old....
I really have to start exercising in an attemp to get rid of this belly!!!

Re: How long does it take to get rid of this pouch after giving birth?
I am 2 mo. postpartum and I still have a little belly. I've always had a belly though. It's just a little bigger now, and I'm thin so I feel like it's more noticeable.
I also have the skin over my c-section, but it's not really that bad at all. I kind of look back to normal, but I still have 10 pounds to lose, and I don't fit into my pre-preg pants.
