How long does it take to get Tennessee bloods results?
Just wondering- I got drawn for them this morning. TIA!

I don't remember exactly how long it took but I am thinking it was around 2 weeks.

I also had them done at LI IVF. Dr. K called me about ten days later with the results. HTH

'Tennessee bloods' are blood tests that check for 2 different things (don't remember the names off the top of my head) to check to make sure I don't have any clotting issues, since I just had an early miscarriage. It could've just been a fluke thing, but he wants to cover all bases now so I don't risk going through that again in the future.
It's done by a Dr. (kutteh I think) in Tennessee, so my dr's office overnights my tube of blood to his office and he performs the tests. HTH

Is this standard or only if you have had a miscarriage?

I don't think it's standard. I also had it done and have never been pg. I have endo which is believed to be an immune disease so I had the test done and it came back positive, which means that I have a blood clotting disorder which could lead to implantation failure and miscarriage. HTH
