How long does your child nap for?
I know everyone says never wake a sleeping child, but Ali has been sleeping since 1:00

I remember some days Aidan would have a marathon nap  I say if they are sleeping this long they need it!
I bet she will be up soon, when I used to post that he was sleeping so long, you bet he would wake up right after that!

Sarah is 23 months and loves her nap. Today she napped from 11am - 2:30pm.
Andy is 7 months and it can be 20 mins or 2 hours. You never know.

One nap a day, anywhere from 2-3 hours. Sometimes its only 90 minutes but no too often.

I know - but she did this all weekend too!
I haven't gotten any of my errands done 
And she hasn't been doing that good sleeping through the night

did she take a nap earlier in the day too?
does she still take two a day? I didn't realize at first she was 7 months.
Still, sometimes the long nap could be a growth spurt, just needing it, or (God forbid) fighting off a cold.
I've always heard that sleep begets sleep, but if you feel its cutting into her night time sleep can you put her down a little earlier for the afternoon nap?

right now DS has been sleeping for almost 2 hours. I know it's 2 hours that he probably needed. When we go out somewhere he will not sleep more than 30 minutes. Sometimes he makes up for those lost times and sometimes he doesn't...

My boys nap from 1:45 to 5:15, sometimes they wake earlier but we leave them upstairs as long as they are not crying until at least 5. We wake them at 5:15 if they are not already up. They only take that one nap a day though.

Jacob naps for 3 hours almost everyday and he is almost 17 months... He has been taking this one nap since he was 12 months old.

Yes she is!!
I think it has to do with she had one tooth come in last week and the other is half out of her gums!!
So I think that is throwing her off.
I just have to get my butt in gear so that I can get her in the car seat before her nap so I can get my errands done

This is DS at 5 months it drives me crazy...the past few days it's been 20 minutes tops

ds is 10 months old and usually he takes a morning nap for about 1.5-2 hours and afternoon nap for 45 min to 1 hour. there have been a few times where he's taken a really long nap. if she's still sleeping, i say enjoy it!
