How long to cook chicken sausage in oven
Someone told me 10-15 minutes on 375. I thought longer?!

I cook it a little longer.. but I'm a little bit of a freak about underdone chicken or sausage. I usually do about 25 minutes and then check the center to see if it's pink. I'm talking about the long narrow spiral of sausage.. not the fat links.

I boil my sauage first, then broill or grill it ... I find it to be more juicy and softer.
