When do you want them for?
I think they last pretty well as long as you dont refrigerate them - the pretzel would get stale more quickly.
Chocolate can get a little chalky sometimes - but I think a week would be fine.

i did them not realizing it and put them on the platter and wrapped it. They sat overnight and the exposed pretzel was stale the next day. I was so pissed lol. If you can store them in air tight container I would say a day or 2. The part under the chocolate was fine.
