Re: How many.....

I would. Just burp them at 1.5 ozs. I'm sure they will welcome it. We went to 4 ozs around 2 months.

I would increase it, they will stop when they are full. Just burp them good!

Mine are just about 5 weeks and they do 4 - 4 1/2 ounces. I try to follow their lead.

i would increase it. Worse comes to worse you waste the formula or they spit it up.

Re: How many.....

I would increase..but be careful because one of my twins would not tell me when she was full and would drink and drink and then get very uncomfortable..so i would increase slowly. It's a fine line between knowing when your child is extremely fussy and thinking they are hungry and being fussy for other reasons. Especially at such a young age..that was my problem.

Re: How many.....

We are feeding them 4 oz (they are 4 weeks). I am also increasing the feedings to every 4 hours instead of every 3. If they still guzzle it, I'm going to increase it again. My doctor said that if they are drinking 75% of all of their bottles in full, they need an increase. She recommended going up by 20 - 30ml (so you don't waste formula).
