Re: How many bottles did you/do you have for twins?

I had about 9 4oz bottles for my twins, but now my son is graduating to the 8 oz bottles..so I have six of those.

I like to prefill for the day and keep them stored in the fridge.

At the height of it, we went through 18 bottles a day.
We pre-made them the night before right before they went down for the night

I wouldn't even bother with the 4 oz, my kids only drank that amount for the first few weeks.

You can just use the regular 8 oz. bottles from the beginning.

As they take less feedings per day, you will have time to wash out the bottles throughout the day if you wish.

Another tip, when they were on two-three feedings a night, we prepared a cooler filled with bottles and kept it in the nursery so I didn't have to run downstairs.

I had a total of 12. I just starting to use the 8 oz bottles from Dr. Browns. I would premake there formula and store it in the fridge. It feels like your always cleaning bottles... LOL Good Luck.

I went through about 16 a day. I got 2 of the Dr. Browns set but eventually went out and brought alot of 8 ounce bottles because they stopped using them quickly.

At the height of it.. 16 8ozs a day.
I would make them all in the morning for the start of the day/night.

10 for each. We needed to distinguish between the two bottles so we had skinny Dr Brown's bottles and then Advent for the other one.

I never bought the 4oz but had a few of them that someone gave me, they were nice for the time that I used them but I don't think it is necessary to have them if you have to buy them.

I would make 8 bottles at a time in the beginning and try to load the dishwasher at night but liked to have 2 extra for each just in case I had to do it in the morning.
