How many bottles does your 3 month have in a 24 hour period?
DS is slowing down on his bottles kind of significantly. He missed his cereal bottle last night. He just slept through his midday bottle. He seems to be only taking like 4 a day, 7oz each. I thought the growth spurt would make him want more, but then again maybe thats why he's sleeping so much, bc of the growth spurt. 
He's eating around 9-10am, 2pm, 6pm, 9-10pm. Is that enough? He's definitely gaining, he's 17lbs so I'm not worried about that but I just wanted to make sure its supposed to be slowing down as they get older.

28 oz seems fine. My DD never had more than 28-30 oz at the most.

Loey eats (approx):
5 am (BF)
8:30 am (bottle of BM)
12 pm (bottle of BM)
3:30 pm (BF)
6:30 pm (BF)
8:30 pm (BF)
2:00 am (BF)
He takes about 6 ounces in those bottles of BM and nurses 10 minutes/side for the BF sessions.

Every baby eats differently.
DS has been eating 5 oz bottles every 2 1/2-3 hours - so about the same amount. He's been sick though so it's hard to figure out what is normal for him.
We upped him to 6oz today.

At 3 months my DS was having about four 8oz bottle- 9am,1pm,5pm & 9pm.

Seems ok, wouldn't worry (although i know you will  ). My DS was taking 5 7 oz bottles per day at that point until he started STTN right before 4 months and then he was and still is taking 4 - 8 oz bottles per day plsu we started solids.

Around 3.5 months, DS started dropping bottles by himself. He was eating 8 bottles a day and now he only has 5. He eats at 8am, 11am, 2pm, 5pm, and 8pm and has 6.5 ounces at each.

Ds does around 7 bottles per day, sometimes give or take 1 bottle, and he gets 6 oz at each.
This has been the same now for over a month, he is 3.5 months. (formula)

DS gets 7 ozs per bottle and gets 5 per day sp 35 ozs...he has one at 6-7 a.m. then 10ish, 2ish, 6ish 10ish...every four hours..he seems to be almost dropping one also tho, the last few days he has woken up much later and his first bottle has been later...
