how many calories and grams of fat in chicken?
for 1/4 pound of skinless chicken breast (with visible fat cut off) how many calories and grams of fat are in it?
what about ground chicken?

I believe it'd be about 150 calories and about 3.5 g of fat per 1/4 lb skinless, white meat but I could be mistaken.
As for ground chicken, it all depends on if it is white or dark or a combo of both.

according to my tracker in SparkPeople, a 1/4lb (4oz) chicken breast would be 125 cal. Not sure of the fat content though.
