I don't really know because I never POAS before beta day. But my beta was scheduled 9 days post my FET. So I would if you wanted to test before your beta, maybe 7dp5dt (FET)?

10dpo is the earliest they say a pregnancy test can detect.
Since your embie is 5 days old I would assume you *could* get a positive 5 days post transfer, but that would be super early.
