How many days to close on a loan?
We will be applying for our mortgage next week. How many days will it take to be complete? Also, I have all needed documents in place, so that wont waste any time.

I've closed in as little as 30 days and as much as 45..it's about average.

We closed in 10 Days but it was in Florida.

30-45 days. If you are buying a co-op it can take longer since you need board approval.
