How many diapers?
I know there will be crazy amounts of diaper changes with twins. How many cases should I be buying in advance? and what sizes?
TIA

How many diapers?
I would just buy a few cases of 1 and 2's. My twins were preemies and came home at just under 5lbs each. They wore newborn for about a month after they came home and then they were in 1's for quite a while. at least until they were 4 or 5 months old. Then I remember DD being in size 2 for a few months while DS only wore size 2 for about a month and a half. They were both in 3's until well over a year old. I think they were close to 2 before they moved to size 4. They were tiny though. It's so hard to say how many diapers to buy and what size. My youngest DS was in 4's by a year and fives by a year and a half. I wouldn't buy newborn just yet. Have DH bring diapers home every night from the hospital.

Re: How many diapers?
We went through a lot of size 2s and 3s more so than any other sizes (mostly 2s though). I'd say with two babies you will never have leftovers when you buy three standard cases of diapers. Every now and again they would outgrow a size and we would have a few leftover in DH's diaper bag or other places where we stashed a few extra, but usually we could squeeze one of them into it no problem since one was a bit smaller than the other.
