how many flex points?
i am in the 22 - 25 point range. and how does it work? you can store them up for a weekend?thanks

It doesn't matter how many pts u get per day..everyone gets 35 flex points per week..you can use them whenever you want. You can save them all for one day or use them throughout the week.

but you have to eat the amt of points you're supposed to per day.
for example: i have to eat my 19 pts per day and then on top of that i can use the 35 extra points however i want throughout the week.
