How many lbs of potato salad & cole slaw for 30 people (to go along with 6-ft hero and wraps?
Some of the guests are not really big eaters.
How much would you get?

I usually get 1lb per foot. So 6 pounds. Depending on other foods we have. We usually have left over though.

I would do
4lbs mac
3 lbs potato
2 pound coleslaw

I agree with 5... however I always find that potato goes faster than mac or coleslaw
