How many oz are in a jar of veg./fruit?
I am making my DD's food and I know that one ice cube is about an ounce...but reading the schedules of other they say 1/2 jar of fruit or veggies and since ive never bought the already made stuff I dont know how much that is!

In a stage 2 it is 4oz and stage 3 is 6oz.

Stage 1 might be 2oz.
I would start with 1 ice cube (1oz) and go from their.

Thats what I have been giving her...shes got a small tummy cant eat more then that yet
