How many points is a regular (pizzeria) slice?
We had an all day meeting yesterday with pizza brought in for lunch and I had TWO slices  but I knew I was going to be naughty with my choices yesterday so I'm not upset with myself just trying to figure out how bad I was so I can update the tracker for yetserday ... if it means anything they were both broccoli slices and I also had salad.

the book says 6. BUt honestly if its a full size NYC slice I count it as 8 or 9.
It used to be 9 in the book.

I always count 6, because that is what my leader does. It has never effected my weightloss, so I will continue to count 6 . . .
