How many quotes...
How many quotes would you get before deciding on buying a kitchen? At the moment I have around 5 quotes lined up and I am waiting for them to come in in the next week or so....
Do you think thats enough?

i've heard you should get no less then 3, so i would think 5 is just fine.

Re: How many quotes...
I think 5 is a good number. I would have probably only gotten 2 if I liked one specifi person, or if they were inline with what I thought it should cost.

5. If they all show up... so many contractors are notorious for that.
I know you are in England but business for contractors over here is slowing down. Some have gone from not returning phone calls to putting on the pressure.
