How many shots do they get at their 3 month appt?
DD's appt is on Friday and Im just wondering how many shots to expect. I hope its not three like the last time!!!!

my ped never does anymore then 2 shots per visit. It means more visits but its less on the baby so I'd rather it that way

The recommendation is Hep B, Hib, and DTap (which is actually 3 shots in one). Some doctors do rotavirus too.
If you are concerned, talk to your doctor and see if you can modify the schedule. I would think Hep B could wait a bit, unless there is some risk factor for it.

So far this has been true for us too. 2 month appt, he had 2 shots and the oral rotateq. 3 months he had 2 shots.
