How much cramping is normal?
I got my first Post partum AF on October 10. It was pretty normal (only lasted 3 days). For almost 2 weeks now I have had some really uncomfortable cramping in my lower abdomen. I thought when it first started that it was ovulation cramps, but they haven't gone away. It is present constantly and it gets stronger at times.
I'm due for AF on Monday. Has anyone experienced this yet? I don't know if I should call the OB/Gyn or if this is normal. I took an Early HPT and it was negative.

Re: How much cramping is normal?
Is this your first baby? The way AF comes on now[well, not now, I'm PG again] is completely different from before my first pregnancy...I spend a lot of time having cramps in different spots [back and belly] and I tend to almost feel like I'm in labor while AF is actually in town. Call your dr. to be sure, but your body might still be readjusting to the old routine...and the old routine could very well never be like before.
