How much did your bag cost

All this LV talk has me wondering, how much people spent on their everyday bag.

ETA: How long do you keep your bags? Are they everyday bags or do you switch? Daily/seasonally?

I mainly use two bags. A work & a home.

The work bag is a Longchamp large tote & I bought it full price, so it is in the $100-$200 range and the most expensive bag I have ever purchased! (I have a coach briefcase, but it was a gift.)

My red leather everyday bag is from Daffy's. I forget the brand, and the price, but it has held up well, and I love it & get compliments on it. I am sure it was under $75.

I have two longchamps for work-- tan and black.
The rest of my bags are in the 150-400 range. Right now im carrying a 400 coach which im sick of but dont want to retire yet ;)

Need a new bag and all the ones i like are 400+ yikes

I dont see myself ever buying a bag 750+... but receiving as a gift, a total other story

I rotate based on my outfit and season, but most are in the $250-$500 range. 95% of my bags are Coach, but ALWAYS from the factory store, never retail price

The bag I use almost every day was $17 at H&M. I've had it for about a year. I've used it almost every day since buying it. It's starting to wear out in places, but it's not real leather (I don't use/wear animal skin) and I'm starting to tire of it anyway.

The other one is a Tokidoki Le Sport Sac bag I got for like $20 in a thrift store..it's a messenger bag.

For me to spend more than about $40 on a bag would be a splurge.

I don't even know how much my work bag was. I bought it close to 5 years ago from NY&Co so it was def less than $50. It's sturdy and big enough to hold file folders. (It's rectangular shaped) I have a mix of other inexpensive weekend bags that I change out based on season and outfit. Again, all under $50. My most expensive bag is a Coach crossbody bag and it was a gift from DH.

Don't think I've ever spent more than $30 on a bag (guess I'm cheap!) LOL. Most are from sales at Kohls or Target or someplace like that. I like having lots of bags of different sizes & styles & changing them up based on what I'm wearing. They last for years but I'm not too hard on my bags. I only own one name-brand bag (coach) that I got with a gift card.

A friend got me into designer bags as an investment. I have about 10 designer bags that I rotate according to my outfit and season.

I don't spend more than $150, that's my cut off. Used to spend more when I was single.
If I see a bag that's more I'll wait for it to go on sale or get a coupon or I don't buy it no matter how much I love it, refuse to pay more. same goes for shoes (bit more for boots, depending)

$100 from the Coach Factory Store. I couldn't justify spending more on a bag. That's just me. And I wear the same bag every day because I want my (or in the case, DH's) money worth!! I got it for my birthday in March and I will probably use the same bag through the rest of the year and some time into next year!

This is just me and my opinion, but if I could afford a bag that was over $250, I'd find something else to do with my money than buy a bag! And I looooveee bags! Again, me and my opinion. To each his/her own.

Most of them, under $200, maybe one under $300 (all Coach). I tend to buy them at the outlets to save money.

I buy most of my bags at TJ Maxx or Marshalls. Around $40-60. I have one Coach that was a gift from a client and another that got stolen out of my car, a gift from friends.

i have alot of bags, the least expensive being around 400 for a Rebecca Minkoff, a couple of Diors, Chanels, a gucci, LV, that range from 1000-4000

I am a bag fanatic and keep them in immaculate condition, put their tissue back in when im not using them and rotate them often.

$300-$500 for the bags alone. I rotate between 4 Coach bags which contain my Coach wallet and other Coach items inside. I have a Coach addiction.

I get more compliments on my $30 forever 21 bag then the $1400 Gucci

I didn't pay for the Gucci so it doesn't bother me

my average I would say is $500 (kooba, Marc Jabos)

I just got a Michael Kors (from the outlet) for $250. Most of my bags are in the $100-250 range.
