How much do you fill the cupcake baking papers?

Is it 1/2 way or 3/4? Im hearing different levels...

I use a 1/4 cup scoop and it makes the perfect size.

1/4 of the way.
I used to do 1/2 but it would spill out of the top & look lopsided when baked.

I usually fill them 3/4ths of the way high.. almost to the top of the paper. I like when it kind of makes a muffin top, much easier to frost that way.

Same here. I like when the are big and rounded on top, not flat.

I'm disappointed if I get cupcakes that are even with the liner on top and flat Chat Icon

Me too - I use a Pampered Chef scoop that is the perfect size.
