$5ish - depends on the charge. It could be a couple cents more or a couple of cents less.

3 bucks but believe it or not people don't tip the pizza people here. I overheard a convo btwn 2 people and 1 of them was a delivery person and they said people don't normally tip.

$3-5 if its a huge order (party) we do 10%. I go by what we order, one pizza then $3, pizza and wings, bread etc $5, 2 pies $5 but anything more 10%

20% same amount as if we were in a restaurant. These guys (gals) make minimum wage AND have to pay all the expenses for their shi*ty car to deliver my food. It's important to me to compensate them as I would anyone else in the service industry.

Eta: We only order from Papa John's and they tack on a $1.50 delivery fee, so I am assuming the driver gets that also?

yes thats true- but those drivers are usually provided with a car for delivery.
for the op- i usually tip about $3 for all delivery since there is only two of us its never a huge order
