How much do you owe on your home?
Just curious what the average is, taking no other variables into consideration.
Edit:
Norm was the wrong choice of word, but that's what happens late at night lol!

How much do you owe on your home?
I think that you will get a lot of different answers and there's no real "norm"
Some people did fha with little or no $$ down, some do 10 or 20% down and depends how long they are there

I agree and I think the better question is how much equity does somebody have. How much you owe really doesn't tell the entire story on a situation.
Example: Somebody who owes 300k but their house is worth 800k is doing much better than somebody who owes 200k on a house only worth 275k.

I realize this, but I was more curious as to what people owed. Obviously there is a "norm", as 40% owe 2-300k out of the 57 polled. That being said, I realize its not necessarily an accurate representation-but again, just curious.
