I have a really deep deep red w/ like bing cherry hi-lites and I pay $170 before tips every 4-6 weeks. I am also out of the awesome shampoo & conditioner that my salon sells so next weeks appt. is going to run me into the $250 mark

I pay $80 for a half, $120 for a whole head and tip 20%.
eta: That price is w/o cut, blow, etc. It is an additional $60 for cut and blow, $40 if you just get a blow out.

Last time i went and got done it was waaaayyyy exspensive.. I went to maximus b/c it was right before wedding and didnt want my hair to be fried... it was full head and at that time it was over 200 with trim and blow out.
I heard now its about that for half a head.. sooo nuts.

$55 including a blowout at the aveda insitute in soho. they are students on the verge of getting their license but i've never had any licensed professional do a better job than they do.
ETA: that's for a half head and they'll do up to two colors.

Partial - $140
Full - about $200 - I have only done this once before my wedding. I never wear my hair up so there is no need.
I tip 20%

$60 for a crown coloring, highlighting and trim. Granted I do it in my stylists kitchen but the money goes right into her pocket.

$12.00 All what I do is buy the box and my mom pulls it through the cap. I always get compliments and ask who does my hair. My mom doesn't have a license but does a great job.

i go to posh salon in babylon (2x a yr). full is $175 but i only do a crown which is $150. i always tip 20% plus a few extra dollars.
eta: price doesn't include blowout. not sure how much as i always blow my own.
