how much hero for a party of 90?? and recc for a chicken cutlet, fresh mozzerella and roasted red pepper hero

OK so I did my son's first bday and we had like 4 6 foot heros, sausage and peppers and ziti. NO JOKE I TOOK HOME 2 WHOLE 6 foot heros!! Lesson learned!!!

So I am now doing my DS#2 christening....
here is what we will have

chicken marsala
chicken sorrentino
eggplant rollatini
baked ziti
house salad
pasta salad with fresh mozzarella
Focaccia bread

(can you tell we are italian hahah)

then DH wants to add a hero. He is DEAD set on a chicken cutlet, fresh mozzarella & Roasted red peppers. So in addition to the above food if we got a 6 foot hero would that be an ok amount...I know not everyone will have some or I was thinking of doing 9 feet ( a 6 and a 3)
I know it seems like we have a lot of chicken things and trust me I have stressed this to DH but again he isnt bending on the hero

so 1) 6 foot and hope there is enough
2) 9 foot and hope there is enough
in each case I am going to ask that they cut the pieces thin. All people need is a lil not 2 HUGE pieces ya know

also any recs for a place to get this hero. I was looking into A&S pork store and Fairway in Massapequa....but just wondering if there is a good place that is decently priced.

def lots of food but if your fam loves to eat then its good and time of day your serving. How many ppl?
I went to party last night (6pm start) and there was 2 6ft hero and one was grilled chick and roasted pepper (so freak'n good) and rows of hot food - hero was gone and she left food out so some ppl did a round 2 before dessert and some ppl trickled in during the night so food went. There was at least 75 ppl there. Party had no end time so ppl were eating and drinking when we left at 10.
Is your party timed (ex: 12-4pm) if so then you will def have leftovers and I wld go with 6ft reg & 6ft chicken/peppers. Your hubby will have it for lunch for a week!

the party is timed for about 3/4 (whenever the christening lets out into the night whenever.....I feel like 2 6 foots might be too much with all the hot food then I thought 1 isnt enough so I was going with a 6 and a 3 but all the same....bc if people like one over the other it is gone and I would feel bad....so if I do all chicken cutlet (which ALWAYS goes) I fig I would be ok

Lombardi's Market in Holtsville/Holbrook area makes that hero and it is SO DELICIOUS!!

Seaqua by far has the best heros...especially their chicken cultet/mozz/roasted pepper!
