how much to tile shower?

how much did it cost you to tile your shower?

my husband wants to put in the fiberglass panels instead of tile (shower base with the 3 full panel sides). This is just for a basement shower and he doesn't feel the need to spend that much on a shower that won't be used that much. Which i get. But if it's $500-600 for all the panels and base... if tile will be the same amount... i'd rather go with tile.

so how much did yours cost? this is for a 32x60 area (nothing too big).

we are doing the entire bathroom, so I'm not sure how much for just the shower. but the cost of tile itself can vary so much that it will greatly depend on that. you can get cheap tile for like $1/ sq ft or like $10/ sq ft

i'm assuming your measurements are inches, is that the base?
