How much training for a 10k???
I'm considering doing the Long Beach Turkey Trot...I didn't enter yet and I haven't really been "training" but I can run anywhere from 5-7 miles fairly comfortably. My only concern is running it outdoors in the cold.
What do you think?? Any advice for ladies who have BTDT???

I did this run a ocuple of years ago and I really enjoyed it! I think you will be fine! I wasn't running nearly as much as you are and although I struggled a little, I felt okay

I did this run last year and it is pretty easy. It's flat so you will be fine! GL

If you can run 7 comfortably then you will be totally fine.
Also I find Turkey Trots are super laid back so you will do great!

I agree with PP. Even if the most you went was 5, you'd be fine!
