My doctor just said a few minutes a day at that age. I put DD on her tummy when she first woke up in her crib, then on the floor/ her playmat during the day (1 or 2 times) and then maybe another time in her crib. She didn't like being on her belly at all- so each time could last 1 minute to no more than 5 minutes. As soon as she would get frustrated- I would flip her over. HTH!

I've heard 10mins but I gave my DD longer because she loved being on her belly
