How much water do you drink daily?

I dont think i drink enough it makes me feel funny when i do drink it after food. I have this feeling of food coming up after i eat and water makes it worse. I think i only drink like 3 cups of water a day. I do drink a lot of other fluids like apple juice, and OJ though.

Drink as much water as you possibly can. On a good day, I drink like 6 bottles of water. On a bad day, maybe like 2 in addition to AJ or OJ.
You don't want to get dehydrated which can happen easily to preggos. Force it down if you gotta. Plus, it melps to reduce swelling if you have that too!

I know exactly how u feel with the water making the food feel like its going to come up.
I can tell u lack of fluids make braxton hicks
I had one of the babies laying extremely low causing irritation and dehydration led to all day long contractions which are very bad****

my doc wants me to drink one gallon--maybe its a 1/2 gallon for singletons.

i do not drink nearly enough water, so i got the really big bottle of poland spring and bring it with me to work and make myself finish it by the time i go to bed....

Hardly any. I am a big juice and lemonade person. I know it is horrible, I just hate water. I will drink a vitamin water once in awhile though and they are much better than plain wate.r
