How often do you blow out and/or flat iron your hair?

Just curious. I included flat ironing, too, because it's something that gives great results but isn't the best for hair.

I blow out my hair every night. If I went to bed with a wet head, my hair would be wavy...

pretty much everyday. One weekdays (SAHM), I do it quickly but blow out and run the flat iron through it. On weekends or when I go out somewhere and want to look nicer - I take more time.

every other day, and I make sure I use products to protect my hair. I'm actually giving my hair break right now, first time its been curly in awhile!

during the week for work I do my hair @ night and blow it out and than flat iron it every other day.
The weekend-If I am going out I will blow it out..otherwise it's in a ponytail.

I get my hair straightened so I don't have to blow out...only if Im in a rush...but I don't need a brush. I do flat iron though just to get a smoother appearance. I do this 5x a week...only because of my working out...if it wasn't for that then it would be an every other day type thing.

blowdry n straighten-2 times a week-it can stay for a VERY long time

my hair is naturally curly, so sometimes I go au natural

I blow-dry my hair every day. It's not long though, it's a short bob. I don't use a flat iron just because I have no time.

Not very often. Only when I get my hair done in the salon. I wear it curly 99% of the time.

once a week...I can get 3 days out of it.

The rest is curly

I blow dry my hair everyday, but it is already naturally straight. No curls to blow out.

i blow it everyday now that it's shorter...im toying with the idea of doing it the night before once we move so i dont have to get up with whoever gets up in the middle of the night..haha..i never flat iron, my hair is only wavy, not curly

1-2 times per week, too much damage for m hair otherwise

I wash and blow dry my hair every day.

I blow dry it every day and flat iron occassionally - maybe 2-3 times per month.
