How often do you get a tune up for your car?
Mine has 60,000 miles on it and the last tune up was about 1 1/2 years ago.

Pre-DH, only when something was wrong with it. I hate to deal with anything car-related, I don't know why.
DH will make sure mine has regular maintenance, I guess we will look at the Honda book and see what they suggest. I commute 100 miles a day so we really have to take good car of my car.

Oil Change is about it, If I have a car long, (I ususally lease) than I will get tune-up at 60K.

Whenever my car tells me that it needs it. Everything is electronic on my car so if it needs any type of maintenance (brakes/oil/tune up, etc.) the indicator comes on.

Karissa if the Kia has 60k on it you should look into changing the timing belt.....
As far as tune ups go, is the car running bad, or hesitating or anything.....If not I wouldnt bother with a tune up. You usally do a tune up every 30k miles

I do all of the scheduled maintenances. I also make sure that DH does them as well.

Defintitley the timing belt between 60-70k. I waited till 80k but I was pushing it. It is an expensive job.
