How often do you go to the spa for a treatment?
Massage or facial or body scrub or anything like that?
For me I go only fo special occasions. I hope that changes becuase I really really like that spa ...

I go to the village all the time
It is kind of diagnal to the store Heartichoke...and Cafe Portofino...you will see signs on the sidewalk, and it is in a little house. So cute! Totally loved it, my facial lasted 1.5 hours!

ah yes....i know exactly where that is
i usually go to Maximus for my facials
but maybe i will try something new

Unfortunately just once a year. I get a GC to Nordstrom Spa every Christmas for the "Sampler". It's something to looks forward to!

$60 for the facial...but then I bought some products, so it added up a bit! LOL

it depends, but not that often....it hurts me to spend that much money in one sitting, cause if i go I REALLY go.
I would say every 4 months on average.

For a facial - once a month. For "bigger" things such as a whole day treatment - probably twice a year.

Ive only had a full body massage once and I never got anything else done. Next month is my bday and DH is getting me a GC for a facial and a foot massage. I cant wait!!!

I get regular facials-- usually every 4 to 8 weeks, depending on what else I have going on.
As for other stuff-- I like to get massages a lot because I always have back pain-- and we usually hit up the spa when we are away-- so, I probably get about 4 to 6 massages a year.
I also usually get the 10 min massage at the nail place when I get a mani/pedi.

I have had 2 facials and one pregnancy massage in my life. First facial was a gift for my sweet 16 from a friend and her mom since her mom worked at a spa, then I had a facial from my friend for my b-day when I was around 22 -- and then the pregnancy massage around last april. So as you can see they are few and far between.
