How often do you trim your hair?
And do you believe it makes your hair grow faster if you trim it more often?

I am bad- I wait awhile between haircuts.
I don't think it makes your hair grow faster, they say once the strand leaves your scalp it is dead.

I don't get my hair trimed until I have to go get it colored again...which is 3 months.

You hair won't grow quicker the more you trim it, I had the owner of a salon give me the whole reason why, but a person's hair can only grow so much in a certain time frame. Don't remember specifics...
I do know that if you keep up with your trims, every 4-6 weeks you hair will LOOK healthier and therefore may look/feel as though its growing quicker....

I normally trim my hair every 3 months or when I see it getting all gross on the bottom.

WEll I have to get my hair colored no more than every 7 weeks (I'm over 70% gray) so I get it trimmed when I'm there.

i trim it every time i go for a colr which is every 5 weeks. my hair feels healthier that way- plus my hair grows very fast..
