How old was your child when you first took him/her to classes like Gymboree?
I know I have some time but I was just curious when other mommies started taking their babies to these types of classes.
When did you take your baby to his/her first class? Where did you take him/her?
I know there is Gymboree and Little Gym. What other infant classes are there?

DS is 16 months and we will be starting soon. Honestly, I probably would've started alot sooner if I had thought about it....I probably would have done it at about 1 year old.

I was thinking 2 months old. Maybe it would be too early.

I took Anthony to gymboree at 4 months, I also do a class at my local library (its free !!), and just signed him up for a swim class at saf-t swim (the youngest there today was 3 months) which he loves, i would look around locally in your area as well.

Swim class sounds wonderful! DS will be 3-4 months in June/July. Hopefully we can do a swim class then. Thanks for the idea!

I took Jacob starting at 3 months. He enjoys the songs, the props and gets lots of tummy time.

I took my DS to a Music for Aardvarks class at 6 months. He also started a swimming class at 6 months. Right now my DD is 5 months and my DS 17 months and we are not enrolled in anything. We are probably going to sign both of them up for swimming class in May.

we just started classes, after being a SAHM for 7 months so far I am starting to get cabin fever!
We signed up for gymboree and are taking classes at the library

We just started taking Music Together classes last weekend. DD is 3 1/2 months and I wasn't sure she'd appreciate it, but she was enthralled almost the entire time--an hour!!

I've only done library classes and waited until she could sit on her own...that said, they wouldn't accept her until she was 6m. 
Once she can walk (she's just crawling & cruising) I'll start the gymboree type classes (pay classes).

we started stroller strides when she was 10 weeks old. library class and gymboree at 6 months old.

Ditto, just took her to her first music together class yesterday and she loved it, I took her to a gymboree class a week ago and she was OK, not great about it...I'm also looking to get her into swim classes over the summer when she'll be around 6 months....

We started Gymboree at 6 months. I also did a mom's circle at the library when he was 2 months old, but he just slept in the stroller.
Gymboree was GREAT for him at 6 months

im gonna wait until after the summer to start a class, only because i know im not gonna wanna be in an inside class over the summer, and id rather wait until shes sitting up and alittle more social..were very musical in my house anyway, so the music will be blaring as soonas her lil ears can handle it, and shell be dancing and singing away ;)
i did gymboree with my son from the time he was crawling and he LOVED it!!
