How old was your DC when they started reaching/grabbing for things?
DD is 4 months and if I put a toy in her hand she will hold it. Like today I put Sophie in her hand and she grasped her and started biting on her ear. She also pulls her paci out of her mouth and holds it in her hand. But if I put her on her activity mat she looks at the animals or stares in the mirror. She won't grab for anything. When did your babies start grabbing?

My babies are 4 months old and just started this. It is more like they swat at it and get lucky though. Sometimes they will grab it though. Im sure your DD will start real soon

Em started doing that around 4 months old, now at 5 months she tries to grab everything in sight. I bet your dd will start any day now

DD is 4.5 mths, but has been grabbing for things since 3 mths or so, but I think she was way early with that. She grabs the toys hanging down on the mat, but also looks to grab whatever is in front of her: remote controls, utensils, my food. She's very precocious.
