Jenna was only days old when I took her for short walks around the block-she was born in early Sept. I think she was about a month old when I took her to my grandma's house for the first time-I couldn't stand being housebound.

She was about a week and a half when we started taking walks. I took her out-out about 2 wks old - but that was only for walks in the park. I took her to the store around 3.5 wks.

I took Julia out right away for walks (born in July), but I waited till she was like 2 months before we went into any stores.

The reason I am asking - is due to we took her put to another persons house (a packed house no less) on Fathers Day - and since then I have been beating myself up over it.
I feel like she was a football being tossed around all day.
It got to the point that when we went to feed her right before we left there was 4 people offering to feed her (this is after being there for 4 hours) and finally I said I would do it - cause I didn't even get to hold her all day.
I just feel like I did something wrong

I had 10 people at my house when Bella was 4 days old and passing her around...after they were sent to the sink and with a healthy doese of Purell. My ped said it was OK as long as no kids came slobbering all over her.
DH and I took her for a long walk when she was barely a week and also to BRU when she was just barely 3...
She'll be fine...just tell everyone to back off if you feel overwhelmed...
