how should I sell my dining room set?
We don't have a formal dining room at our new house...only a large eat in kitchen. And my current table is kind of large, so we'd like to sell it. It's only about 2 years old. Should I try craigslist? What else? TIA!

LIF, Craigslist, or Ebay. I have purchased furniture on Ebay before ( I do a search that goes in order of location) But try the first two first since they are free

100% craigslist plus its free as ebay will cost ya!
make sure to list it on the LI, NYC, Westchester & NJ boards because you'll get a broader range of folks. My folks sold there's on craigslist in 48 hours.

If the couple buying the house doesn't have one, have you considered offering it to them? Maybe they want to buy it.

you may as well post here in addition to craigslist. the readers are local, so picking up furniture is not a huge issue. also, i trust people off of here more than i trust craigslist. or, post a link to your craiglist ad.
