How soon after D&C did you start next cycle?
Did you have to wait for your #s to go down to 0? Is there a benefit to waiting until after your next period?

I had to follow my numbers down to zero and then wait for AF before I could TTC again.

I followed my numbers down to zero (took just a couple of weeks). Got another bfp before AF showed, maybe 5 weeks after beta was 0. It was a chemical though (I have a history of those; I doubt it was related to the D&C).

I got AF when my numbers went down to 0. It took 5 exactly weeks. I waited out that cycle and did an FET 2 cycles after D&C and got a BFP.

Yes you have to wait till there is 0 pregnancy hormone before starting FET. I even got AF & because I was still not down to 0 I had to wait till my next AF cycle. It stinks but you just have to wait it out. GL!
