How soon before you went back to work did you start looking for a nanny???
Just curious to see how long it takes.

Give yourself about 2-3 months.
It's a lot of interviewing and sometimes they are with other families and need to give notice.

I had to go back to work in January and I started looking in October. I found a nanny and had her start in December so I was home with her fora few weeks so she could see my schedule and I could make sure everything was okay before going back to work.
