How to avoid getting charged shipping from Sears
You can go to any full-line Sears store (like the one in Smith Haven mall) and use their computer to order items through their website. You will not have to pay shipping.
I went to return 2 chairs yesterday and order 2 replacements in the right color (even though they don't sell furniture at that store) and found this out. If I had known this months ago, I could have saved myself $32. 
Oh well. Just sharing so you guys can benefit from my discovery.
