how to count DPO?
sorry if this is a stupid question but does anyone know which day you begin counting as 1DPO? I got a surge on 12/23 and then stopped testing so was 12/24 1DPO for me? thank you

Re: how to count DPO?
Nope. You O 24-36 hrs after the surge so I would say 12/25 was 1 DPO for you

Well FF should really be used in concert with other mthods. Whenever I did FF I always manually changed my date. Did your temp rise?

thank you Melissa - i don't temp this is really only our 2nd month "letting it happen" and my first month using the OPK. I think temping would drive me nuts but i will if i have to. I think i'd forget every a.m.
