How to "de-cat" our new home?

Actually it's more like "de-animal"...I am extremely allergic to cats, rabbits, ferrets & birds & the previous owner had 1 or more of each of them Chat Icon Does anyone have any tips that they can share with us? We ripped up all of the rugs, have some HEPA filters running & I've been using TSP to degrease the walls prior to painting (to get rid of the old tobacco smell), but is there anything else that you can recommend? We want to do anything & everything possible to get the house cleaned & ready. We're staying in my old apt. until we do, but I'm getting anxious to move!!! Thanks for your help!!

Hire a good cleaning service to come in and clean it before you move. That, along with what you've already done should be fine. Chat Icon

Thanks ladies! I love the idea of hiring someone else to do it...it'll take a little convincing, but I think he'll agree in the end Chat Icon
